Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 ounces sirloin steak
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar

Garlic Butter

  • 12 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoons salted butter
  • 1 teaspoon parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces, ensuring they are all similar in size for even cooking.
  • In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and brown sugar.
  • Toss the steak pieces in the rub, ensuring they are evenly coated. Let them sit for at least 15-20 minutes to absorb the flavors. For more flavor, season them and then place them in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours and up to 24 hours.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the seasoned steak pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are evenly spaced and not overcrowded. Cook at 400°F for 4-6 minutes, depending on your preferred level of doneness.
  • Melt the salted butter in a microwave-safe bowl while the steak is cooking. Stir in the minced garlic and parsley.
  • Once the steak bites are done, transfer them to a serving plate and pour the garlic butter sauce over the top. Let the steak bites rest for a few minutes to let the flavors meld.
  • Serve your air-fried garlic butter steak bites hot and enjoy the delicious, savory flavors.
