This Jalapeño Ranch Dressing is a creamy, zesty delight made with sour cream, mayo, pickled jalapeños, and fresh cilantro. Perfect as a dressing, dip, or drizzle, it’s quick to make and loaded with flavor. Keep it in the fridge and enjoy it all week long!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup pickled jalapeños (with or without juice, depending on how spicy you want it)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste if needed.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
  4. Note: The dressing will thicken as it chills. To thin it out, add a splash of milk and stir until the desired consistency is reached.
