Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 3 pounds baby red and gold potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly. Slice thems in half or into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Toss the potatoes in the bowl to ensure they are evenly coated with the seasonings.
  3. Transfer the seasoned potatoes into the air fryer basket, spreading them out evenly. Cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, toss the potatoes well to ensure even cooking, then cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  4. Once the potatoes are crispy and golden brown, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
