Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen dragon fruit cubes
  • 1 cup frozen mixed red fruits (berries, raspberries, cherries, etc.)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup almond milk, or any milk of your choice

Toppings:

  • 34 strawberries
  • 1/4 cup blackberries

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen banana, frozen dragon fruit cubes, frozen mixed red fruits, banana, and milk.
  2. Blend the ingredients until smooth and well combined.
  3. If the smoothie is too thick, adjust the consistency by adding more soy milk. If it is too runny, then add some ice cubes.
  4. Start washing peeling and slicing your toppings. Peel and slice the kiwi, remove the crown of the strawberry and slice, peel and slice the banana.
  5. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and start layering your toppings.
  6. Enjoy your nutrient-packed smoothie bowl.
